ESTABLISHED BY DIRECTORS JAMES ROBERTS AND GARRY KEOGH, ROKE IS A PASSIONATE TEAM, DEDICATED TO CREATING INNOVATIVE BUILDING DESIGN.
Roke is a boutique residential building design and documentation consultancy. We take pride in creating individual solutions for each client and developing designs to suit your site and needs.
Our core belief is based on a respect and commitment to our clients that will ultimately result in a better project.
We aim to take the stress out of design, building, and planning permit requirements,
for clients and developers alike.
AT ROKE, WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING:
Concept Design:
-
At this stage, we like to have a design meeting with yourself to discuss your requirements, putting together a design brief that we consult during the preliminary design stage. We will also organise a site visit to assess the property, assess neighbours' properties and measure any existing conditions.
-
The end result will be floor plans and elevation schematic design with 3D renders if required.
Town Planning Permits:
-
If the property triggers any planning permit requirements then we will provide full planning documentation and all necessary consultants’ reports to submit to council.
-
We work closely with our in-house town planner, to produce a planning report (which is required by council). The planner can also (if necessary) provide representation at council and VCAT levels.
Construction Drawings:
-
Full construction drawings, incorporating engineers details, energy reports and any other requirement is collated for permit
-
Application to a building surveyor is then required for a building permit. We also work quite closely with a number of reputable builders, which we are happy to recommend should you require it.
External Consultants:
During the building & planning permit process, we can arrange consultants that may be required:
